When a client accepts your offer, you will get a notification from iPNOTE via email.
You need to let the client know you are starting to work on the project, so you need to follow a few steps:
1. Follow the link from the notification or find a request on the Task tab;
2. Click Initiate work. It will mean you are about to proceed to work on the request;
3. The client will get a notification, and you do not need to send emails/messages.
Note: iPNOTE works with customers on a prepaid system, but the provider will get the payment when he completes the task. Until then, the payment will be on hold.

When you have finished working on a client’s project, you should complete the task through iPNOTE and submit it for the client’s review.
You need to follow a few steps:
1. Find a necessary task on the Task tab;
2. Click Complete task;
3. Leave some comments and documents to prove you have finished working on the task;
4. Click Complete task.
The client will get a notification, review the task result, accept your work if everything is correct and leave feedback which will be shown on your card in our Attorneys directory.
You can withdraw the funds or leave them on your iPNOTE balance.
